At the entrance to the Ridanna Valley, a contemporary four-storey residential building has been created, combining clear architectural lines with ecological responsibility. Erika Suites & Lofts were built using only certified materials and in accordance with the KlimaHaus Nature standard.

 

The south-facing building accommodates a spacious private residence and four high-quality holiday apartments. A central core divides the upper floors into two wings: the southern wing hosts the two-storey owner’s residence, while the northern wing contains two suites and, on the recessed top floor, two exclusive lofts.

 

The design is defined by projecting and recessed volumes, generous glazing and wrap-around terraces on the top floor, opening up impressive views of the surrounding mountains. An asymmetrical gable roof and warm textured plaster complete the architectural appearance.
