In a unique panoramic position above Algund, Hotel Avidea has been transformed together with PLANTEAM into a modern 5-star wellness hideaway. The new Mediterranean-modern architectural language, the refined use of wood, glass and metal, and the harmonious integration into the Oberplars landscape characterize the renewed identity of the hotel.

The redesigned west wing and all rooms and nature suites now feature generous loggias, private wellness areas, whirlpools and the Avidea Sleep Concept. Large windows open up far-reaching views of Merano and the Burggrafenamt, creating a living atmosphere defined by light, calm and spaciousness.

The new rooftop level with infinity pool, relaxation terrace and green areas forms the architectural centerpiece. The spa has been expanded with new quiet zones, an outdoor sauna, modern fitness rooms and high-quality treatment areas. The restaurant, bar and the sun terrace along the Algund Waalweg were also carefully modernized.
