With MySummer Lakeisde Villa Bardolino, PLANTEAM realized a fully integrated residential project, delivering architecture, interior architecture, detailed design and construction management from a single source. The aim was to create a villa precisely attuned to the sloping site and the panorama of Lake Garda, where space, light and views form the core design parameters.

The architectural concept follows a clear, modern Mediterranean language. The building is carefully embedded into the topography to maximize lake views on all levels. All primary functions – from bedrooms to living areas and terraces – are consistently oriented toward the panorama.

Large-scale, floor-to-ceiling glazing defines the façades and creates a high degree of visual permeability between interior and exterior. Reduced structural elements and slender profiles allow architecture and landscape to merge almost seamlessly. The horizontal articulation of the building deliberately frames the lake view and integrates it into the spatial experience.

PLANTEAM also developed a coherent interior and material concept. Natural materials such as stone and wood, a refined color palette and custom-made furnishings create a calm and timeless atmosphere. Furniture placement and spatial zoning follow clear visual axes toward the lake.

Outdoor spaces were conceived as an integral part of the architectural concept. Generous terraces extend the living areas, while the upper panoramic terrace with whirlpool forms the spatial highlight – elevated, open and offering expansive views over Lake Garda.

Beyond design and interior architecture, PLANTEAM was responsible for detailed design, trade coordination and overall project and construction management. The result is a villa where architectural clarity, functional precision and spatial atmosphere form a cohesive whole.
