Salewa Headquarter Bolzano

The Salewa Headquarters in Bolzano is an architectural landmark that combines innovation, functionality and sustainability. Inspired by the Alpine landscape of South Tyrol, its dynamic, mountain-like geometry and grey-blue anodized, micro-perforated aluminium façade reflect the surrounding peaks and turn the building into a striking gateway landmark to the city.

In this complex large-scale project, PLANTEAM was responsible for overall coordination (General Coordination) and project management. We aligned all planning, technical and construction processes, ensuring that the ambitious architectural vision was delivered on time, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The building complex accommodates a wide variety of functions: modern offices, a showroom, brand store, public climbing gym, employee fitness areas, bistro, daycare facilities, as well as extensive logistics and warehouse zones. Spacious, light-filled interiors create an open and inspiring working environment, perfectly tailored to the needs of Salewa, a global leader in outdoor equipment and apparel.

Sustainability is a defining element: rooftop photovoltaic systems and advanced ventilation technologies significantly reduce energy consumption. Through structured project management and seamless overall coordination, PLANTEAM successfully managed all challenges — from the complex structural geometries to the precise realisation of the architectural concept.

The Salewa Headquarters stands as a milestone in corporate architecture, bringing together aesthetic clarity, functional diversity and environmental responsibility — and demonstrates how PLANTEAM delivers highly demanding international projects with excellence.
