In Meran Obermais, the Urban Park Apartments were created: two striking residential buildings that combine contemporary architecture with the distinctive atmosphere of a stately park. Generous glazing and a terrace canopy that opens diagonally upwards maximize daylight and create seamless transitions between interior spaces and the surrounding greenery.

The two volumes appear like “stranded” objects within the park and, through their placement, form two sheltered courtyards that draw the landscape into the heart of the living environment. A finely articulated façade defines the character: a delicate lattice of slender elements stretches like climbing plants across the horizontal floor slabs, while the façade skin between the levels recalls the texture of tree bark. The result is a distinctive architectural statement—urban, precise and at the same time organic in expression.
