The LUXE VISTA Lakeside Villa is a holistically planned holiday home on Lake Garda—just 100 m from the shoreline and precisely embedded into the hillside. The guiding design principle was clear: the panorama as a constant spatial element. The result is a structured, modern Mediterranean architecture that makes the lake experience tangible through 180° view axes on every level—from the bedrooms to the upper panoramic terrace with infinity pool.

Large-format, floor-to-ceiling glazing defines the façades and creates a strong visual permeability between indoors and outdoors. The geometry remains deliberately calm and precise: clean lines, a horizontal emphasis, and a sequence of spaces that guides daylight throughout the day while continuously framing the landscape.

Inside, the concept combines generous use of wood and beach-boho vibes with a clean, understated design language. Natural materials such as stone, wood, and finely textured surfaces—paired with a calm, earthy palette—create a welcoming atmosphere. Built-ins and furnishings are positioned so that every living area optimally captures the Lake Garda panorama.

The outdoor spaces are an integral part of the overall system: terraces and garden areas extend living and dining outdoors, complemented by lounge and dining settings, a BBQ zone, and a play area. The panoramic terrace with infinity pool forms the spatial highlight—free of visual barriers and conceived as a viewpoint where water, sky, and landscape merge into one continuous perception. The pool is usable year-round.
